This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career and make a meaningful impact in our aged care home nestled amongst some of Wagga Wagga's most iconic scenery.Your Role:As a Chaplain, you will provide effective, person-centred, spiritual and pastoral care to customers, their carers, staff and pastoral care volunteers. Your role will involve compassionate and attentive listening, assessing spiritual and pastoral needs, and delivering person-centred spiritual care initiatives.This wonderful opportunity will also see you conduct worship services, staff devotions, funerals, memorial services and other rites of passage, participate in case management reviews, and contribute to care plans.
