About the Role
You will be responsible for the on-site facility and maintenance management of a sports facility on the Gold Coast, ensuring that the facility and asset components are safe, compliant and operational, as well as ensuring access to the facility is effectively managed.
As part of a wider team, you will also assist in the management of other facilities and tenancies, as well as supporting in asset management and maintenance scheduling across the wider property portfolio.
About You
* A motivated individual with at least five years' experience in facilities management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and comfortable dealing with a diverse range of people.
* Demonstrated experience in developing preventative maintenance programs, procurement and contract management, and record-keeping.
* Proficient in the use of hardware and software tools.
