We are looking to recruit a full-time Accessory Fitter to join our Pre-Delivery team. Experience is not required but will be highly regarded. The role includes, but is not limited to the following:
* Assist in the maintenance, operation and repair of mechanical systems.
* Paint and panel repairs.
* Operation of power tools and equipment.
* Assisting workshop staff with maintenance and servicing duties.
* Communicate with all departments relating to pre-delivery of vehicles.
* Perform related workshop duties as required.
Fitting of the following accessories:
* Bullbars/nudge bars.
* Towbars.
* Trailer brakes.
* UHF radios.
* Tonneau covers.
* Sports bars.
* Side steps.
* Wheel arch flares.
Who we are looking for?
* Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Mechanical and autobody knowledge.
* Strong problem-solving skills/ability.
* Motivation and willingness to learn.
* A team player, trustworthy, reliable, punctual & conscientious.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Work well in a team environment and autonomously.
* Proven ability to follow instruction & guidance of foreman/workshop control.
* Take great pride in quality workmanship with a keen eye for attention to detail.
* Valid manual driver's licence with good driving record is essential.

* Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality while adhering to all safety standards.
