As a Community Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of neighborhood teams.
* Coordinating team activities to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Efficiently managing requests, concerns, and inquiries from various sources
* Developing and implementing rostering and scheduling strategies to support neighborhood operations
* Creating and maintaining correspondence and documentation as needed
* Organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop arrangements with minimal disruptions
* Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office supplies while ensuring the maintenance/repair of office equipment
* Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within financial, human resource, and other systems
* Utilizing mainstream software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
