The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. You will:
* Assist in managing and mentoring the kitchen team
* Support menu execution and production of high-quality dishes
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation
* Help manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships
* Step in for the Head Chef as required
About You
* Previous Sous Chef or senior kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
* Passion for pub classics and modern cuisine
* Strong leadership skills, calm under pressure
* Hands-on, organised and team-focused
* Able to maintain high standards during peak service
