As we are in the busy summer months, we have the opportunity to expand our team of Housekeeping Attendants and we want you This is a perfect position for someone who loves customer service, enjoys variety in their working day and likes to work as part of a team.

This is a Casual position where you will be paid an hourly rate plus applicable penalty rates. We can currently offer approximately 3 - 5 shifts per week, depending on your availability. Shifts are generally rostered between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
The role:
This is the perfect position for someone with previous housekeeping experience, who loves to keep busy and who enjoys working in a friendly environment. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for ensuring our Resort villas are all thoroughly cleaned and presented immaculately, ready to welcome our next guests.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring guest accommodation is cleaned daily in line with operational checklists and product standards.
* Report any maintenance issues.
* Address guest's queries if any.
* Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits following Health, Safety and Environment policies. Wear protective clothing provided when necessary.
* Report any health or safety hazards, faults, repairs, cleaning needs or accidents to the Manager on duty.
* Follow Resort security guidelines.
Requirements:
* Treat guests and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect, sensitivity and transparency.
* Knowledge of safe work practices and willingness to adhere to these.
* Physical fitness as this is a manual / hands on role.
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
* Current driver's licence.
* Full working rights with no restrictions.
