Administration Officer
Our organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality insurance repair works, new home design and construction, renovations, and modular homes.

* Preparing invoices.
* Providing updates to all stakeholders in the insurance repair process about the progress of repair projects.
* Entering data in insurer external platforms and our job management system – Prime.
* Handling and directing inbound calls.
* Assisting supervisors in all administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate will require previous experience working in a high-volume administrative environment, work experience in the construction industry or insurance sector, ability to provide exceptional customer service, computer proficiency, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a positive and conscientious attitude.
