Working for a Federal Government Agency that has a positive impact on the lives of so many, this role will see you report into the Program Director and be responsible for a range of new initiatives, working on the Scheme and Payments Platform program.
This is a 12 month contract, with the option for another 12 month extension and can be performed in either Canberra or Melbourne. Only Australian Citizens who can gain Baseline Security Clearance can be considered for this role.

The role will see you:
* Co-ordinate technical solution planning activities for new capabilities and features.
* Develop the project schedule and maintain plans, balancing technical dependencies and business requirements.
* Deliver all technical components of the project solution, working with other internal teams to develop system and solution architectures, cyber security and other aspects of the technology delivery.
* Manage delivery partners for system implementation.
* Apply DevOps principles to improve quality and reliability, in areas such release processes. automated regression testing, integration and synthetic testing.
* Actively manage delivery of the project, including management of plans, risks, issues and key decisions.
You will bring to the role:
* Australian Citizenship with the ability to gain Baseline Clearance
* 8 -10 years experience in establishing and managing the delivery of system delivery projects including mobile applications.
* Recent experience in, and strong knowledge of, contemporary project management and governance frameworks and methodologies.
* Experience in Project Management in Federal, preferred, or State Government environments.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and recognised qualification in project management or SAFe Agile.
* Demonstrated experience of large-scale agile delivery methodologies.
* Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
