Sales Representative. Seeking a customer focussed individual with sales experience to join our dynamic and growing company within the mining, quarrying and recycling industries. This is a hybrid role with on-site client visits as required. Travel may be necessary to meet with regional customers.

We are an Australian owned company with Headquarters North of Brisbane. We focus on selling and installing aftermarket spare-parts and conveyor belting to a range of customers and industries. The company has been in business since 2009 and continues to grow each year. We have offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. This job is for full time work at our Caboolture facility, however we welcome interstate applicants who plan to relocate.

Due to growth we are seeking to hire a Sales Representative to grow new business and our existing clients. In this role you will work with the sales manager, parts and service teams, finance and company owners. You will also be supported with technical and sales training. As a progressive company we are always looking to develop our staff.

It would be beneficial for you to have the following:

* Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience required
* Experience in industrial sales, spare parts or a heavy related industry
* Experience with business to business (B2B) sales if no heavy industry experience
* Ability to understand and communicate mechanical and technical benefits
* Experience using a CRM system (we use Odoo ERP)
* Proven sales skills and results
* Willingness to learn
* Be a team player
* Current driving license

Detailed responsibilities will include:

* Client engagement

* Reach out to potential new clients via phone, email or in-person sales meetings.

* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
* Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
* Sales strategy implementation

* Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed sales quotas.

* Present, demonstrate and communicate the value of our products or services effectively.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to boost revenue.
* Pipeline and CRM management

* Maintain accurate records of sales interactions using CRM software.

* Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress.
* Track metrics like conversion rates, lead generation and customer retention.
* Market research and analysis

* Stay updated on market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

* Research competitors to anticipate market changes and maintain a competitive edge.
* Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Reporting and collaboration

* Prepare sales reports detailing goals achieved and areas for improvement.

* Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
* Communicate updates, challenges and results with management to refine tactics.
