As an Agency Success Manager at Plum Partners, your role is all about building and nurturing strong connections between our company and our agents and their teams. Our entire range of services have been designed to support and collaborate with our agents to help them excel in their core markets. You will be a growth driver who works closely with agency principals and their teams to help them achieve their commercial and operational goals.
You will partner with senior leadership to embed systems, structure, and accountability across the platform, ensuring our partners are not only supported, but challenged and empowered to grow. This role is critical in driving a culture of high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement across Plum Partners.
