We are a franchise organisation with 4 McDonald's stores based in Beldon, Butler, Duncraig and Woodvale, which are in the Northern suburbs of Perth.
We currently have a number of opportunities for qualified Department Managers to join our team. The Department Manager role will suit a highly motivated, customer and operations focused applicant who has McDonald's or fast food industry experience, the maturity and skills to motivate a team and behave professionally but have fun!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shift Management including training
- Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding quality, service and cleanliness for our customers
- Maintain exceptional people practices
- Execute action plans assigned by Restaurant Management Team
- Set goals and ensure outstanding operations is a focus during each shift
- Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
- Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous McDonald's or fast food experience as a Department Manager
- Ability to work various hours and days, including public holidays as it is a 24 hour operating restaurant
- The ability to coach and develop team members
- Proven staff management and leadership skills
- A hands on approach
- Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
- A focus on policies and procedures
- A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
- Attention to detail
