Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to coordinate all BDP outsourced warehouse and transport functions for PSA customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding and be proficient in speaking and writing English.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate BDP outsourced warehouse and transport functions
* Process sales orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Prepare invoices to customers
* Manage inventory control through WMS
* Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for BDP and service provider monthly service performance, ensuring standards are met
Requirements
* College/University graduate, preferably with a degree in Logistics
* At least 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding field
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Knowledge of shipping and documentation, including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COA, CO, Insurance Certificate, etc.
