 
        
        SAP seeks a Technical Quality Manager for its graduate program, focusing on premium customer engagement and service delivery in digital transformation. 
Your Role 
Key responsibilities include: 
- Deliver contracted services and build long-lasting engagements with large enterprise customers under Premium Engagement contracts (MaxAttention, ActiveAttention). 
- Manage service delivery including resourcing, staffing, scope, risk, escalation, and value management. 
- Understand enterprise architecture across private cloud, SaaS, and on-premise solutions including integration. 
- Work as a core member of virtual account teams, orchestrating cross-account governance. 
- Analyze customer requirements across business, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics. 
- Govern engagement, prepare executive reporting and presentations. 
- Gain or apply experience in design, implementation, and change management projects. 
- Facilitate negotiation, de-escalation, and maintain strong customer relationships. 
- Drive innovation adoption and business transformation at scale, enforcing Rise with SAP methodology and tools like CALM, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP. 
- Participate in a 12-15 month graduate program with classroom learning and rotations across consulting, project management, technical and solution support. 
About You 
What you'll need: 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary study. 
- 0-3 years’ experience in customer-facing roles. 
- Robust customer engagement skills with a service delivery and value-management mindset. 
- Business acumen including contract renewal, solutioning, procurement, customer retention, and P&L; management at contract level. 
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, taking ownership of tasks. 
- Excellent communication, listening, empathy, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 
- Resourceful, eager learner interested in technology, innovation, and digital platforms. 
- Problem-solving, resilience, proactivity, open-mindedness, and ability to manage pressure.
