Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled and motivated CNC operator to join our growing team In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Fabricating and finishing a wide range of natural and sintered stone products including granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and engineered stone.
· Cutting, shaping, edging, and polishing stone to precise specifications using CNC machinery.
· Interpreting design drawings and templates to ensure fabrication matches project specifications.
· Ensuring correct alignment, leveling, sealing, and grouting of installed stone pieces.
· Inspecting slabs and finished products for quality.
· Collaborating with project managers, designers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
· Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace in accordance with workplace health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Experience as a CNC operator or related trade (e.g., tile setter).
· Experience with cutting and polishing equipment.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid driver's license.
