Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and onboard new customers
* Help customers harness the full potential of Teamtailor through integrations, best practices, and training opportunities
* Work as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for customers
* Proactively work with renewals to ensure continued success
* Build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities with existing portfolio customers
* Track customer accounts to prevent churn and improve overall customer experience
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform internal strategies
* Develop and improve ways of working to enhance customer satisfaction
About You:
* Experience in SaaS, HR, or Recruiting, Customer Success, project leading, and communication skills
* Fluent in English, with additional Asian language proficiency a plus
* Able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and priorities
* Passionate about driving customer satisfaction and willing to learn and try new approaches
