**BUSINESS**:
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work on the project to integrate two businesses
- ERP implementation
- Capturing data to enable team to make decisions on facilities to manufacture products - swap products between manufacturing facilities)
- Capturing and reporting on project costs (CAPEX and OPEX) and project synergies
- Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and are produced in a timely manner,
- Financial analysis of PPV, write offs, labour and materials on a daily, weekly & monthly basis including dashboards
- Assist in providing valuable support and value add analysis to Finance Leadership team and ELT, Supply Chain Leadership Team
- Build effective & productive working relationships across the business units and within finance
**CANDIDATE**:
- Problem-solving: Uses logic and analysis to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; looks for creative solutions and answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious.
- Technical skills: has the required level of financial and management accounting skills including financial software.
- Attention to detail: demonstrates a high level of thoroughness and attention to detail and accuracy.
