**About the Role**
**The Brown and Hurley Group**are seeking a PacLease Coordinator to join our PacLease division at our Caboolture dealership. You will be primarily responsible for selling leasing services for our Kenworth, DAF and trailer products. Other duties include handling leasing enquires, preparing quotes/agreements and ensuring all vehicles are ready for service.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service
- Handle rental enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Prepare rental quotes and agreements
- Generate new business leads and maintain existing customer relationships
- Ensure invoices are paid on time and that cash account payments are always up to date
- Prepare rental equipment for hire
- Check in equipment at dehire
- Ensure equipment maintenance is kept up to date and all repairs are carried out properly and efficiently
- Keep registration paperwork up to date, ensure registrations are paid and defects cleared on time and present vehicles for inspection when required
**What we're looking for**:
- You should be passionate about the truck industry
- Sales driven, customer-focused, an excellent communicator, negotiator and a problem-solver
- You will need strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Intermediate computer skills
- HR licence is required
