We are looking for F&B Service Experts and a Bartender who will help us not only meet but exceed our guests' expectations and embody the legendary service that defines our leading luxury brand. F&B Service Expert Position Summary:

* Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
* Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently, offering thoughtful recommendations.
* Deliver prompt and accurate service while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
* Maintain cleanliness and quality by polishing cutlery and service items.
* Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front‑of‑house teams to support smooth daily operations.
* Provide lounge service, including preparing and serving beverages, light snacks, and The Ritz‑Carlton High Tea offerings.
* Ensure the lounge area remains welcoming, clean, and well‑stocked, and assist with event or meeting setup and breakdown.
* Manage reservations and bookings across seven rooms, and create and deliver cocktail and wine service.
* Attend required staff meetings and training sessions, follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, promptly report maintenance or safety issues, and maintain availability for late‑night shifts (up to midnight).
* Deliver an elevated bar experience by crafting cocktails, mixed drinks, and personalized beverages that exceed guest expectations.
* Provide seamless service during bar operations, including food and beverage service.
* Ensure the bar is impeccably presented and well‑stocked throughout service, upholding the highest cleanliness and organizational standards.
* Contribute to unforgettable guest experiences by anticipating needs and adding thoughtful, memorable touches to each interaction.
* Assist in daily bar operations and support your team to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
* Foster genuine connections with both new and returning guests, delivering our legendary service and encouraging loyalty through meaningful engagement.


About You:

* An up‑to‑date RSA is mandatory.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
