About the Role
We are seeking a passionate individual who thrives in assisting others and values diversity and inclusion.
As Assistant Manager Human Resources you will provide consistent HR support to Hyatt Hotel associates.
Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Human Resources in the efficient operation of the department and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
Administer the Taleo recruitment database and recruit entry-level associates up to Assistant Manager.
Ensure occupational health and safety practices are adhered to and support the Workplace Health and Safety Committee.
Complete and submit Divisional/Regional Human Resources reports as requested.
Support day-to-day administration of WorkCover claims and rehabilitation programmes, liaising with key stakeholders.
Facilitate training sessions to reinforce compliance and service standards.
Qualifications
Human Resources experience in a hotel environment, highly regarded.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High level of computer skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
People person – thrives on helping others.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
