Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and ensure the safety of everyone involved.
Be the vital link between clients and subcontractors.
Assist in project planning and instructions.
Maintain clear, solution-focused communication with all stakeholders.
Stay calm and effective under pressure when challenges arise.
What You Bring to the Table:
A trade carpenter qualification or a degree in construction.
A proven track record with a reputable contractor.
Experience in commercial new build & multi-unit residential
Solid understanding of OH&S and IR standards.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
Strong, contactable references.
