**Your new role**

The Assistant Stock Controller is tasked with overseeing all aspects of vehicle stock management and performing administration. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless delivery of vehicles and surpassing customer expectations with efficiency. Moreover, the Assistant Stock Controller is also responsible for but not limited to:

- Co-ordinate activities to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner, maintaining communication with relevant departments.
- Prepare Vehicle books once registered, ensuring all necessary documentation is organised.
- Organising recent car deal folders, checking vehicles that are in transit to give delivery co-ordinator to put through purchase order & order parts
- Ensure a high standard of customer care and contact relations throughout the coordination of vehicle delivery process.
- Accurately complete daily delivery reports and post them accordingly.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for the role, you will be able to clearly demonstrate the below responsibilities:

- Previous experience in Stock Control or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
