About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-driven people leader with strong business development and lending expertise to join us as the Area Manager for our Ipswich region. In this rewarding role, you will experience the satisfaction of running two vibrant branches, Riverlink and Booval, while enjoying meaningful face-to-face interactions with our valued members.
As a key leader, you will drive strategic growth initiatives and support our ongoing expansion into the South East Queensland corner. Your deep industry knowledge and lending experience will enable you to mentor your team, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored financial solutions that truly meet our members' needs.

About You
* Ability to showcase your strong business development skills with established relationships in the Ipswich community
* Strong lending experience
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Personal commitment to and visible role modelling of the organisation's behaviours and values
* A willingness and passion to get involved in the local community
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management and conflict resolution
