Role responsibilities
* Organise team and workflow through production.
* Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
* Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
* Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and, complete final quality assurance sign off.
* Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
* Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Does this sound like you?
* Two years minimum previous experience in a leadership capacity within a Collision repair environment - (essential).
* Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
* Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
* A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
* A commitment to quality and the customer experience.
* The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
