Job Description
Joining us, you will provide wide-ranging services across our employees' lifecycle in a values led and fast paced, diverse workforce. Working in a small impactful team, you will be the subject matter expert for employee relations and ensuring a safe environment through best practice work, health and safety initiatives.

We are looking for a passionate P&C professional that has a strong compliance focus that understands how a people centric culture drives better outcomes for the communities we support. The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in HR, Employment Relations or relevant equivalent
* Demonstrated experience working across diverse business areas
* Strong understanding of employment law, WHS legislation and how to apply pragmatic solutions
* Well-developed communication skills, and able to influence for outcomes
