Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Julia Creek Multipurpose Health Service.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based person-centred care within the health service, working under direct and/or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse / Registered Midwife.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences as an Enrolled Nurse. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* To provide high-quality patient care, utilising clinical skills to develop, implement and evaluate individualised plans of care.
* To communicate effectively with patients, families, carers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
* A relevant tertiary degree qualification in nursing or a related field.
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Medication endorsement (preferred).
* A Class C motor vehicle licence.
* Ability to work all shifts, including night duty, weekends and public holidays.
