You need to be a CM expert and be a sound negotiator both internally and externally when it comes to drivingeffective contract execution across customers, suppliers and subcontractors.Please note: Applicants must hold a current legal practising certificate. Applications without this will not be considered.Accountabilities:Prepare, review, and respond to contract terms and conditions for tenders and RFQs.Redline and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors under the supervision ofSenior Legal Counsel.Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and legalrequirements.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, legal, finance, and project management, to align and support contract execution.Ensure accuracy of contract text, attachments, and maintain organized records and documentation.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in contract management practices.Key Requirements:Hold a Current Practicing Certificate.Ideally 5 years’ experience in contract negotiations and management, preferably within the engineering ortechnology industry.Technology/products experience (particularly in a sales context) is not essential, but certainly helpful.Professional certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) are advantageous.Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms, with proven ability to manage multiplepriorities.Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract redlining skills.
