Australian Real Estate - House & Land and Project Development

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Specialist to join ATA Development & Marketing. You will focus on qualifying and closing leads for new house and land packages as well as new builds on clients own land. This role demands a driven individual with excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills, knowledge about construction, committed to delivering superior customer service and meeting sales goals. You'll benefit from strong marketing and administrative support, a competitive commission structure, and a collaborative team environment.
Key Success Indicators:
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets for house and land packages.
* Qualifying leads effectively and guiding them to successful closings (leads are given to you)
* Building lasting client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
* Managing the sales process from lead to settlement with efficiency.
* Using market expertise to advise clients strategically.
* Leveraging ATA's resources to maximize sales outcomes.
* Upholding professionalism, ethics, and a positive team culture.
Role within the Organisation:
As a New Home Sales Specialist, you'll be instrumental in growing ATA's revenue and reputation in the house and land market. Your work supports our mission to deliver exceptional real estate solutions. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, backed by experienced leaders and administrative staff, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, client-focused organisation.
The position offers very competitive rate, remote work and very flexible as long as targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:
* Qualify and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
* Present house and land packages to clients, addressing their needs and questions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective property campaigns.
* Negotiate contracts to secure favorable outcomes for clients and ATA.
* Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
* Maintain accurate client and sales records.
* Stay informed on market trends and competitors to offer expert advice.
* Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
* Work with administrative staff to streamline transactions.
* Engage in team meetings and training to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
* 1+ year of real estate sales experience, ideally in house and land packages and new builds.
* Valid Queensland Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox
* Professional demeanour, self-motivation, and passion for real estate.
* Dedication to exceeding client expectations.
