Job Summary
GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a Credit Administration Officer for a fixed term of 7 months in our Brisbane Support Office.
The role supports the Credit team with administration, customer service, and payment processing.
Responsibilities
Administer the Credit Department's incoming emails – actioning and distribution as required.
Provide copies of invoices and statements to support Credit Officers.
Upload invoices into online portals for large Industrial & Mining customers.
Liaise with stores to resolve variations/discrepancies regarding Purchase Orders & Pricing.
Assist with Banking and Payment allocations.
Customer Service
Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store network.
Handle customer complaints and resolve queries.
Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues.
Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service.
About You
Customer service experience.
Looking to kick-start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company.
Available for this fixed-term opportunity.
Full-time hours with a flexible start time between 7 am – 9 am.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills.
Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with Excel.
