Settlements Associate
The Settlements team in Banking and Financial Services plays a pivotal role in the final stages of residential property transactions. The team is responsible for ensuring a seamless, accurate and efficient settlement process from start to finish.

What role will you play
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for checking loan documentation, invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness to enable settlement. You will prepare entries for disbursement of loan funds to assist in the settlement of residential property and any associated costs and ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed about status of files while achieving individual and team objectives.
What you offer

* Experience in property settlements in a fast-paced environment and PEXA experience desirable, however not essential.
