In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, Ventia is currently seeking a Store Service Attendant to join the team at the Kapooka Military Area (Blamey Barracks), supporting our National Clothing Stores Services (NCSS) contract.
This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday.
Reporting to the Site Leader, you will be an essential member of our stores and warehousing team, working alongside customer service, stores, and tailoring professionals that support Ventia's Defence National Clothing Store Services contract.
This role offers a pay rate of $26.60 per hour, plus Super.
Key Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service Preparing, processing, and maintaining store documentation and records Receiving, checking, and acquitting stores under supervision Assisting with kit issues for customers About You Clothing store and over-the-counter retail experience Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service Experience in clothing store operations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Benefits Family-friendly hours Additional on-the-job training provided as required Guaranteed 2-week Christmas shutdown Uniform and safety boots provided You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence clearance to be eligible for these positions.
