Job Description
Manage the daily operations of the secretarial and business support team.
Coordinate office services to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
Supervise administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
Lead and supervise hotel, food, linen, and environmental services teams
Ensure compliance with food safety and cleaning standards, including audits and training
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Director of Nursing and Facilities Manager
Manage rostering, budgeting, ordering, and software systems
Balance administrative duties with active participation in daily operations
The Successful Applicant
WDHS is looking for a passionate individual who is either ready to step into a management role or seeking to advance their career. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Qualifications or experience in hospitality or health services
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Commitment to customer service and resident well being
Knowledge of food hygiene, safety protocols, and environmental cleaning standards
Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively across departments
