Topdrill is seeking a motivated and capable Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications across Topdrill, JB Contracting, and the wider Topgroup.
This is a hands‐on, all‐round role suited to someone with a minimum 1–3 years' marketing experience who is ready to take ownership, build practical skills, and work closely with operational teams in a fast‐paced, industrial environment. You'll play a key role in elevating brand visibility, maintaining consistency across multiple businesses, and supporting sales and operations through effective marketing systems and content.

Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Social MediaPlan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and FacebookCapture photo and video content at site visits, events, and company activitiesWork with site and operations teams to identify and plan key content momentsMaintain a social media calendar and consistent brand voice
* Digital Marketing & WebsiteSupport SEO initiatives and digital campaigns using tools such as SEMrushAssist with website updates, blog content, and basic CMS managementMonitor performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
* CRM Management (HubSpot)Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene and segmentationSupport onboarding and training of staff using the CRMMonitor usage and produce reports to support sales and operational teams
* Communications & ReportingPrepare internal newsletters and company updatesSupport external communications, including client newsletters and case studiesAssist with weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting
* Project & Operational SupportSupport cross‐departmental projects requiring marketing inputProvide general marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager
About You
* 1–3 years' experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role
* Strong Adobe/Canva skills and basic graphic design capability
* Experience creating social media content (imagery, video, and copy)
* Experience using a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing tools
* Willingness to attend site visits and events as required
* Ability to pass site access requirements, including police clearance and drug & alcohol testing
Desirable (but not essential)
* Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator)
* WordPress or other CMS experience
* Basic video editing skills
* Experience in B2B, mining, construction or industrial environments
