Position Overview
NSFP are seeking two reliable operators to work in our Wood Pellet processing line. You will be actively involved with operations and oversite across the Pellet manufacturing line and additional duties across the production facility as required.
Key tasks include
* Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the process line.
* Plant operation, monitoring, recording and reporting of product quality
* Conduct routine inspections, sampling and testing
* Front-end loader and forklift operations
* Perform basic preventative maintenance on plant equipment
* Report equipment faults or failures to the Leading Hand
About You
* Previous machine operating experience preferred
* Loader & Forklift license highly regarded
* A keen eye for detail & product quality
* Ability to perform physical tasks and manual handling
* Willingness to undertake a variety of duties as required
* Strong understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) practices
* Physically fit and capable of working both indoor and outdoor yard environment
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* National Police check may be requested
* Basic Computer Knowledge
