* Manage the day-to-day operations of a long day care service
* Act as Nominated Supervisor and, when required, Educational Leader
* Mentor and uplift our young, culturally diverse workforce through change
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuously improve the Quality Improvement Plan
* Manage utilisation, quality assurance, and build authentic relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community
* Sustain and grow the future potential of the service
