The Opportunity
* Help with job documentation and preparing contracts
* Order and track project documents
* Manage client portals and handover packs
* Upload and organize documents in our system
* Answer phone calls and help clients
* Help with authority and insurance paperwork
* General office tasks like banking, invoices, and supplies
About You:
* 1+ years of experience working in construction
* Proficient in Microsoft suite
* Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
