We are seeking a collections officer to engage with customers whose accounts are in arrears.
This role requires a positive attitude and strong communication skills as you'll be responsible for contacting borrowers, issuing notices and identifying eligible hardship assistance. You will work closely with your colleagues who value learning and teamwork providing an opportunity to build a career in the finance sector.
* You must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to communicate effectively by phone or email using our processes procedures as required
* Able to identify hardship situations using empathy understanding decision making influenced by changing financial circumstances
