Working closely with the Head of Distribution and an external distribution partner, you will represent the firm's investment philosophy, portfolio positioning, and market views with credibility and confidence. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute growth strategies across HNW, wholesale and adviser channels.
* Strengthen existing client relationships and identify new opportunities within the sophisticated investor market.
* Represent the firm at meetings, briefings, roadshows and industry events to communicate strategy, performance and market outlook.
* Work in partnership with an external distribution partner to expand wholesale reach.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the underlying investment portfolio and market landscape through close engagement with the Investment Team.
* Contribute to high-quality investment content, including presentations, client updates, and thought leadership.
* Provide sales pipeline insights, relationship updates, and market feedback to the Head of Distribution.
* Collaborate with Operations and Compliance to ensure high-quality client engagement and process alignment.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in investment distribution, investment specialist, or wealth advisory roles.
* Experience engaging with HNW investors and wholesale advisers.
* Proven ability to raise capital and cultivate long-term client relationships..
* Strong networking capability and commercial judgment.
