What the role entails
- Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospect new clients to expand the customer base.
- Lead Management & Follow‐Up: Establish and maintain a structured follow‐up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business and drive customer retention.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Maximize every sales prospect by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay updated on the latest product features, benefits and updates across various models, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
What we are looking for
- Prior experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals.
- A genuine commitment to delivering industry‐leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences.
