What the role entails

• Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospect new clients to expand the customer base.
• Lead Management & Follow‐Up: Establish and maintain a structured follow‐up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business and drive customer retention.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Maximize every sales prospect by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay updated on the latest product features, benefits and updates across various models, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.

What we are looking for

• Prior experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills.
