Steer the revenue engine behind some of Australia's most iconic theme parks as our Head of Sales.
* Lead a high-performing sales team to hit and exceed revenue, attendance, and EBITDA targets.
* Drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data-led strategies.
* Champion CRM optimisation, lead scoring, and segmentation to maximise conversion rates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism partners and industry stakeholders.
* Identify and seize new market opportunities across hotels, travel, and emerging sales channels.
* Report on trends, insights, and competitor moves to stay ahead of the game.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Proven success leading sales teams in multi-channel environments (tourism, attractions, or entertainment experience a plus).
* Strong track record in sales strategy, pipeline management, and conversion optimisation.
* Experience in both direct and trade sales, with an eye for spotting untapped opportunities.
* Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
* Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate insights into revenue growth.
* Deep understanding of CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and sales analytics.
* Skilled in balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
