**About the Position**
Anglicare's Home and Community service offers a range of supports and assistance to a variety of local residents, including help at home, social inclusion and community connectedness.
We are looking for a full-time permanent Team Leader for our Home Care Workers based in
**Booval**. You will provide support and leadership to these dedicated staff who provide practical and emotional support to our clients by building rapport and developing relationships that enables our clients to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes.
**About You**
- Certificate IV in Home & Community Care or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Senior Care Worker or supervisory role within a Community based setting (preferred)
- Ability to assist with planning and managing client care
- A current National Police Certificate
- Open Queensland Driver Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
- Full Covid Vaccinations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
