Position Details
Role Type: Permanent Part‐Time.
Hours: 40–50 hours per fortnight, depending on your availability.
Availability: Flexible shifts between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Travelling across Mildura, Nichols Point, Irymple, Cabarita, and surrounding regions.
Compensation and Benefits
* $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation
* Travel allowance: $0.99 per km + paid travel time + work mobile

What You'll Do
* Provide personal care support including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, etc.
* Assist with domestic support tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and general household duties.
* Support clients with community access, including grocery shopping, medical appointments, and social outings.
* Encourage clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and confidence at home.
* Build genuine and meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate care.
* Record visit notes and updates using our mobile app.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualification.
* Current driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
* First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain.
* National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
* Confidence using smartphones or tablets for documentation.
* A caring, respectful, and reliable approach to supporting clients.
