About the Role
From our state-of-the-art facilities in the Yarra Valley, our Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in upholding Chandon's commitment to safety, sustainability, and efficiency, all while optimizing operational costs.
Responsibilities
* Execute all works safely and timely, perform works as per maintenance plans, ensure high quality work, conduct fault finding, prioritize breakdown responses, ensure smooth transition of equipment to service and collaborate with others.
* Assist with Engineering projects focusing on safety, environmental performance, and quality improvement, assist cross-functional departments with continuous improvement and reliability.
* Support the Maintenance Planning Manager in ensuring necessary parts are stocked for planned works and parts replenishment.
* Ensure accurate asset details in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), conduct inventory audits, record maintenance works, ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans are accurate, and participate in training and risk assessments.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualified or trades background with at least 3 years of experience in Maintenance & Technical Skills.
* Proficiency in fault finding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
* Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) leadership.
* Computer literate with experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) being an advantage.
