Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies across these centres, focusing on revenue growth, day-to-day operations, and special projects.
* Lead and coach a team of operations and administration managers, leveraging strong financial, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
* Develop strong inter-personnel ability, verbal and written communication skills, and lease negotiation skills with a sense of conflict resolution.
* Maintain a professional image, understand retailer profitability, and possess knowledge of property and accrual accounting principles.
* Supervise and oversee all marketing activities and exude passion for personal continual improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum 5-10 years of management experience within the industry.
* Experience in retail property management, including exposure to finance and budgeting, operations, marketing, and leasing.
* Proven experience in managing a team, possessing exceptional retail management skills.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of all property management disciplines.
