Due to recent growth in the company, we are looking for a technical sale engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to learn and grow with a company committed to your future aspiration. You will have extensive experience in large scale solar and wind farms, BESS and other HV infrastructures such as substations and transmission.
The successful candidate will engage various stakeholders within and outside the company from early stage of project development to finalisation of contracts. Experience in electrical engineering or power transformer, though not required, will be highly preferred.
This role will deliver real and measurable outcomes, including but not limited to:
* Providing account strategies and plans to deliver growth.
* Gaining deep understanding and familiarity in the industry, products and project delivery.
* Providing excellent customer service and account management to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships at senior levels with key strategic customers.
* Driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring relevant customer information is captured to assist with sales strategy
* Working closely with project teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
* Driving customers' engagement activities as required
* Resolving client issues and concerns.
* Monitoring and take control of sales opportunities
* Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
What we look for:
* Experience working on utility or large scale renewable projects.
* Significant strategic experience in account and relationship management preferably within energy or utilities.
* Ability to effectively work independently, solve problems and demonstrate proactivity.
* Established relationships within industry.
* Highly developed presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong ability to influence and form relationships with key internal stakeholders.
* Confidence in delivering presentations to small groups and senior management.
* High level of commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills with a strong technical background
* High attention to details.
* Interstate and international travel will be required.
* Current driver's license required.
