We're expanding and opening a new branch on the Gold Coast & looking for an experienced Town Planner to join us in this location. About the Position
We are seeking a Town Planner with 2+ years of statutory planning experience in Queensland, including strong working knowledge of relevant legislation.
You'll manage your own portfolio of existing and new development applications, working directly with clients and coordinating project inputs. You'll be part of a growing consultancy with a positive team culture and a steady pipeline of diverse and interesting work.

This Role Involves
* Preparing, lodging and managing development applications start‐to‐end
* Providing practical development assessment advice
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Coordinating with councils, referral agencies and consultants
* Managing competing priorities across multiple projects
Skills and Experience
* Working knowledge of the Planning Act 2016 and relevant State/Local legislation
* Degree in Urban & Regional Planning or similar (PIA‐recognized)
* Current open (C class) driver's license
* Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast‐paced, high‐demand environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
* Customer‐focused, outcome‐driven and exceptionally well‐organised
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines
* Aptitude for learning and navigating new operating systems efficiently
