The art of solving problems instead of selling

Join our Regional NSW Team as an Territory Sales Manager working with our current and future customers within the Aggregates business based out of East Guyong and Molong Quarries.

Within this territory, you will be key in understanding our customers' known and unknown challenges and opportunities. As an influencer and leveraging customer insights, you will thrive on identifying the right solutions from our offer portfolio.


In Your New Role, You Will

1. Identify and drive new opportunities within the market through solutions, new customers, and segments.
2. Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling orderbook and pipeline with both existing and new customers through activation and utilization of sales processes.
3. Conduct regular market analysis and gather industry intelligence, including competitor activity, market, and industry trends.
4. Achieve territory and team objectives aligned with regional and Sales Incentive Scheme targets.
5. Perform administrative tasks as part of the role.


This role is a great fit if you have:

* More than 3 years of field sales experience within a relevant sector (industrial preferred).
* Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape strategy.
* Understanding of sales process methodology.
* Ability to identify insights to help develop well-rounded solutions.
* Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
* A positive and influential presence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate product features and benefits into value propositions.
* Experience engaging with various stakeholder levels and Tier 1-3 customers.
