**Hiring Construction Labourers - Immediate Start**
**Beams & Dreams Constructions** is currently seeking **reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers** to join our growing team. We have multiple residential and commercial projects underway across Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- General site clean-up and manual handling
- Assisting tradespeople (carpenters, concreters, bricklayers, etc.)
- Loading and unloading materials
- Basic use of tools and equipment
- Following safety procedures at all times
**Requirements**:
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) - **Essential**:
- Previous construction experience preferred but not essential
- Punctual, reliable, and physically fit
- Own PPE (steel-cap boots, hi-vis clothing, hard hat)
- Ability to work as part of a team
**Job Location**: Various sites across Sydney
**Start Date**: ASAP
