We are seeking a highly organised Operations Executive who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in precision, structure and operational excellence.
What You'll Own:
* Inventory control across all stock movements, stocktakes, transfers and reconciliations
* End-to-end back-of-house operations including receiving, data accuracy and reporting
* After-sales service coordination including repairs, tracking and communication
* E-commerce fulfilment, packaging standards and stock allocation
* Operational support across administration, systems, suppliers and boutique needs
About You:
* Experience in stock control, administration or BOH operations within retail or luxury
* Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Confident managing systems, reporting and inventory processes
* A team player who supports sales outcomes through operational excellence
* Calm, structured and proactive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
