Our client is seeking highly organised and motivated officers to undertake grant assessments for a number of Support Program Grants.
The COVID-19 Aged Care Support Program is a reimbursement grant providing critical financial support to Aged Care providers that have been directly impacted by COVID-19.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting assessments and determining eligibility for payments. 
- Analysing evidence to assess grant recipient claims. 
- Preparing detailed assessment workings, findings and recommendations for delegate approval. 
- Ensuring that assessment outcomes meet grant requirements, are consistent with procedures and guidelines, are equitable and of a quality that meets enables the delegate to make a funding decision. 
- Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders. 
- Records management.

- Demonstrated analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills 
- Sound judgement, ability to think strategically, identify issues and escalate potential risks. 
- Demonstrated ability to ensure outputs are achieved in accordance with detailed processes and frameworks. 
- Solid self-management, organisation, and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines. 
- Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience in fostering productive relationships and work as part of a team 
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
