Ready to make a real difference in a small school where every child, and every teacher, matters?
Hampden State School is seeking passionate teachers to join our close-knit, supportive team. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for a rewarding regional move, this is your opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful.
We're looking for educators who are patient, organised, calm and approachable, teachers who build strong rapport with young students and families, bring enthusiasm to their classrooms, and thrive in a collaborative environment. An interest or experience in Early Years is highly desirable, along with a willingness to teach in a composite setting.
You'll be supported by a full-time teacher aide and work closely with our P/1 and 2/3 teachers to collaboratively plan and teach HASS, Technology and Science across year levels. Strong behaviour management skills are essential, and familiarity with early years decodable reading programs is an advantage (with training provided).
If you value teamwork, connection and high-quality teaching in a nurturing rural setting, Hampden State School could be your perfect next step.
